There is lot of potential but BDA doesn't give a shit about infra and maintenance. All public roads will be encroached once the buildings start. FSI is never followed. Bribes everywhere. Access roads to these new areas are shit narrow. The beauty of the land is fucd now.

Banks are giving loans blindly. People have gotten 100+% loan just because they are working in IT and they have bribed the bank personnel. This is brewing sub-prime crisis waiting to blow up badly. Stay away from private and cooperative bank deposits for now. Also, if it doubles in 10 years, then the rate of return is 7.2% which is almost similar to FD returns.
