The start of this clip is actually quite sad as showing, how weird the random guys on the New York Street could be. It is odd, when somebody is so scared of closer contact with another human being, that have to run away & scream..🤔 Borat seems to be actually more normal, then these guys he met..

I think there is a way he's not an actor. The area is loosely around the Trump Tower area is it not? It makes sense people take themselves pretty seriously there especially if they feel they've made it. He was just confident enough to deflect is all.
