Hello!! Why do you insert vortice generators In all Wingspan? It improves the handling qualities in a high Angle of attack but increases the drag. This característic increase in the high aerodynamic load wing, as is the pik 26… do you think reduced the aircraft performance?
Hi. Thanks for your question. To answer it I have to say, that Pik 26 is controled by joystic. It is very sensitive. So vortex was placed for reason of landing moment. I am using grass field and it helps me to handle it on low speed before touching ground. About performance. It is more than enougt for this kind of aircraft. So I have chosed vortex insted in all wing span for better performance before touching ground.

Another question: did you try to install this vortex in root until the 50% from wingspan? I think this area is more sensitive to the stall area…

Its what the guys call a "half vw" its literally a sawed-off vw bug motor. Reeeeally cool.
You can use Citroen Visa engine 650ccm with 34 HP or Trabant 2 Stroke Engine
