I love mental health comfort because I was always led to believe emotion was weakness, and now my sense of expression has crumbled. It is strange being unable to cry for years on end. If I ever have children, I'll teach them the importance of emotional expression. I don’t want anyone else turning insomniac because lingerie thoughts ravaging the mind.

These audios make me horrorifcally aware how over it is for me.

And me having autism it makes it more difficult to express what I'm feeling and I've been self harming again. But this makes me feel heard and cared for it definitely feels like a hug with gentle touch. I love this men's mental health is never ever a joke. Some people need to grow up to think that men can't cry or express themselves.

This hit me hard. My father just died on Friday. I never paid attention to that whole “men don’t cry” thing he tried to teach me but even after the funeral I still haven’t been able to cry. It actually scares me for some reason. I cried more when I had my first big break up than with this. I hope if other guys read this they understand it’s important to let that shit out sometimes. It’s way more freeing than I can even describe. Good luck out there 🍀
