Hello, can you send the links to where you purchased the upgrades please? Thanks!
"A little heavier but precise". A trade-off I'd go for (great vid)
Thanks mate, always hard to tell when you first drive it. Different is sometimes strange but the more I think about it the more I'm like damn that was worth 20quid for the fluid and a cat litter tray 😅
Thank you Very thorough
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you so very much!!!
Glad it helped!
Very good
Thanks
I'm just about to do this job, thank you so much.
You can do it!
hello very nice sewing machine please kindly place the video camera on the floor and film how to operate the sewing machine electric foot pedal how its used to sew please kindly let me know ok?thank you very much 😊
Так же как в автомобиле на педаль акселератора😊 6:39
What about esteps? I changed my stock board to a v2.2 silentboard and a dual gear exstruder. Now my filament is at 65. Do I adjust flow? If so how do I figure flow out if it starts at 100?
I believe the Z axis motor (NEMA17- 42-48mm) have a compression spring in them that can cause Z offset issues due to the compression and decompression tolerances. I saw someone mention recently that those type of motors are not really designed for mounting in that Z plane, the fix being the motor re-mounted next to the Z thread and it being coupled with a belt. Alternatively could mount the motor horizontally, and run the belt in the current path of the lead screw ("single belted Z config") Another issue could be the entire bed being supported by only 2 linear rods at the rear, this will mean a lot of deflection of the front of the bed, dependant on how rigid that bed frame is
I think it is as you said the bed being supported only at two points. I have an ender 5 Plus that is rock solid and pretty much the same gear but the bed is supported at all four corners. A design fault in the CR5 for sure.
Hi, please don't you have a link to the replacement heatbreak you used instead of the nonsense they put there. I can't find a replacement that will fit the holes in the cart. Thank you very much for your answer
nice work
Loving this series!
Thanks for this! I am having stringing issues and you have done a very good job giving me a starting point...that shows me where and how rather than just reading about it.
Glad it has been helpful :)
We have one in the office, and yeah, pretty much having a hard time printing with PLA, but this thing prints ABS and Nylon with no problems at all. Though i need to open the top cover and keep the temperature low for pla (190-50), any higher than that, clog.
I started 3D printing in 2020 with the Creality CR-10 V2 and I recently purchased a Bambu Lab X-1 Carbon Combo with AMS. The CR-10 is still a great printer, but the X-1 Carbon is a game changer! I spent a lot of time tinkering with the CR-10 and I had to hand level the bed almost every time I used it. With the X-1, I just wirelessly send it the 3D print from my laptop and let it do all of the setup. The X-1 AMS is great for 3D prints with multiple colors and the Bambu slicer software is easy to use. I highly recommend the X-1 Carbon and if you are thinking about buying one, feel free to ask me any questions.
Thanks, the x1c definitely is the way to go. Still saving for one here😂
How much is it up for?
Check it out on eBay :)
Nice rc car
Thanks 👍
I've had that printer for over a month now and have finally got it to a point where I'm happy, a lot of modding but the first thing I got rid of was that absolute trash stock glass bed! I've never had any problems with bed adhesion in the past but immediately after replacing it with a PEI sheet everything started sticking
interesting, which one did you use in the end?
Well her colleague has managed to find his way to CZcams. A little different from an Amstrad PC or microwriter, now just a museum piece, but I just love tech when I can get it to work. Will let you know how I get on following these instructions. Really lucky that Una has taken the trouble to put these videos together for me. Many thanks,
Well done! I found you from your link in the FB group. I'm curious about the heat enclosure... Curious -- My E5+, especially noticeable with larger prints, one side prints cleaner than the other. I got the HeroMe cooling system with fans on both sides of the nozzle, thinking it was uneven cooling at the nozzle while the filament was coming out, but even after the cooling upgrade, prints still seem to be cleaner on one side. I'm wondering if ambient temps are the cause. Hmmm.
I wonder if the issue is more an uneven bed rather than a heat issue. I print in my garage so the ambient temperature is pretty cold say 5 degrees.
Great vid BTW! Where did you get the levelling block? Any chance you can post a link? Was it Thingiverse??
Hi, it was on Thingiverse I think called y or x axis block. I searched ender 5 plus and scrolled through all the stl files available. Lots of neat ideas.
Normally you don't want to pre-heat your nozzle too far in advance, as that can cook/burn the filament in the extruder and cause it to get clogged. I've learned that the hard way. Also, 7:55 the Z-Axis compensation isn't "effectively how close the nozzle is to the bed" - that is the offset from where the printer knows zero is from the Z-axis limit switch. The Z-axis compensation makes up the difference so you can get the nozzle the correct distance from the bed, which is normally close to what your layer height is going to be.
Yes indeed I have had my fair share of clogs, not so much on the E5+ but the cr5 pro H which is very similar...my god... clog machine. I have upgraded to a microswiss cr10 pro hot end to try and sort it and big fans!
I’ve got the ender 5plus and the pop2 so looking forward to some stuff I might not be aware of.👍
I have added some new videos looking at some fine tuning of the settings. Check them out :)
Love this! Just listened to India again and then found this.....beautiful work 💜🥁🎶

Love this. No small chore to sound that good with a lot of strength left. Great song, I put my bass to it sometimes. And that White Falcon. Matches the spike all too well. Well done. =)
Lovely groovy playing!
Oh God, flashbacks. You're certainly a better singer than the first girl I heard cover this on CZcams...I love seeing you upload regularly again.
So cute
