This is one of the prettiest keyboards I've had the pleasure to build and it performs very well. The sound signature is what you can expect from the previous mode releases with the mounting blocks. The Encore is really easy to build and the only issue I have with it is the bottom feet. They do not stay on very well. Something they should address in the future.
This was built with a PP plate using the Gateron Deeping (Full Travel). If you haven't tried these switches I highly recommend it. They are expensive but are REALLY nice sounding.
