According to conservative extimates 30% of online players are cheating, thats not a lie, online gaming is ridden with hackers and cheaters make no mistake about it.

My one issue with how the draugr plays is its lack of defence. I understand the glass cannon role, I think it's a pretty interesting role for a bomber, but the annoyance of not being able to get the ECM off in time and getting smoked by a missile you can't defend against is infuriating. A good change I think would be to have a passive locking penalty for any missiles trying to lock the Draugr. It dosent need countermeasures, just more time for the player to hit the ECM button before missiles get launched. I think that's why it feels so different than other air vehicles. With the other jets, you have a large window for countermeasures, but with the Draugr, It's gotta be a second or less. I dunno. Just an idea I had.

I'm leaving a second comment to say that I really enjoy this mode. It's nice to be able to take a break from the chaos of Conquest and have something like this or Shutdown where you can lock in and let your individual skill shine more. It's also fast, so if I don't have a ton of time I can still get in a match or two and move on with my day. I would love for all BF games to have a mode or two like this moving forward. There's no harm in doing so and after all, variety is the spice of life.

They disabled the claymore because they persist between rounds and people were placing it in the spawn area for the opposing team, so when the next round started it was instantly killing people. It was a good ban and hopefully if they do this mode again they'll have had the ability to fix the "persistence issue" and allow people to use the claymore again.

"Free For All" on a permanent playlist...make it less players so it's not a crazy mess all the time. Give players time to "skulk" around and plan their next move instead of who's the fastest button pusher and who has the best connection.

The whole game, every single aspect of it would be better if players treated the teams tickets with respect and actually made a fucking effort to speak to each other and co ordinate play instead of it being a bullshit call of duty clone where players hit the respawn button without giving a damn about the match, This game used to be about taking and holding territory, now its the same as COD just rince and repeat, kills count, shallow as fuck.

I really only hate how quick each round is. The best one I've been in so far actually went back and forth until we were tied at 5-5 and that was fun with the tug of war type feeling. I much prefer Frontlines and the back and forth style gameplay.

This mode is weird. Why’d they add extra armour to mess with the ttk? The forced weapon rounds are dumb af imo. Also the amount of ribbons needed is too much. And they shouldn’t have forced people to play the mode, especially since it’s a more competitive focused mode

Just nope, waiting forever for an eight player to start a round, 50% of client hits not registering on the server, spawn killing with Lissile, SPH and Dozer shield spam, accentuates all that is bad about specialists and can force a specialist on you automatically based on what specialists are in the squad, shock round should be left to gun game, too fast paced making the drone feature meaningless. Terrible mode for random players.

I like this game mode. Especially the shock rounds. When I got the Rorsch shock round I locked in and squad-wiped everyone. I actually felt like a god. It was nice… but very brief as I got dumpstered the next round 😂

Seems free skins are just for sweats now.

Does anyone know, does DICE know about the new DORITO drone jet bug where you spawn UNDERGROUND most of the time you manage to get it? It is absolutely infuriating and makes the new drone unusable... and impossible to level up in single player mode which is what I am trying to do. Is DICE fixing this?? Every tiem I spawn underground I have to quit that game and rejoin again from new - it is quicker than waiting 3 minutes for next drone spawn to be active and then spawn underground again!!

The only competitive game mode they had was sqaud rush in bad company and bf3 ever since they took it out the competitive scene has died and trust me I uses to have a clan back in bf3 and would use squad rush for a competitive 4v4.... The AFO Clan my videos are still up on my other channel... also squad death match from bad company 2 was good but not really competitive 4 teams of 4

I hope Dice has the balls to still make the next game a Battlefield game. No need to change up things and become something that other games do. Dice is in a great position. All the competition are run and gun games between walls. Battlefield: large scale, vehicle and infantry combined arms gameplay with a unique main game mode called Conquest. In BF there are greater distances to travel and bombs are falling on top of your head. If someone does not like that, there are a gazillion other games that cater to the ADHD crowd. Dice : Just have the balls to stay true to yourself in the next game.

I don't know to be honest. I didn't really enjoy the new game mode. Lot of people just quit out mid game which is extremely annoying. Feels like the Devs have decreased the time to kill in the whole game as well. Maybe that's just me though. Felt like the second someone started shooting at me id die almost instantly without a chance to get into cover. The DMRs seem to have got a buff also. Getting tagged yesterday from the other side of the map. Impossible shots usually. I miss the days when you could get good at a game and stay good instead of having to learn it all over again every update. By all means try improving the game but what bugs me. It never seems like any of the changes benefits the vast majority of players and still loads of silly bugs. Liz rocket exploding the second you fire it even if you're aiming it right up. And jumping behind cover and still getting shot. There my two biggest gripes with the game since i started playing. I'll keep grinding though because unless i go back to 4 there's not really much else out there for me.

competitive battlefield is fun....playing on OCE servers in Australia and dealing with obvious hackers in 9 out of every 10 matches is not.

I feel like you're contradicting your previous statement inregards to your expectations for the new BF game. I remembered you being for sticking to the basics giving us what the community wants? This is for the COD small arena shooters. Something BF has never been which is exactly why we love it.

The main point of having fun in this game is playing in a squad with friends. Playing this alone is a deathsentence And this mode is to grab cod players. Idk why they would allow all specialists especialy paik and armor players...

This is a good mode for those who want more competition and show off skills

The new mode can be great if teams with similar skill levels compete. Unfortunately 80% of the time you either completely dominate the enemy team or your squad mates clearly don't understand the rules of the game mode and/or are just easy kills for the enemy team. But the other 20% are actually great in my opinion. A lot of intense combat. The downtime between rounds is not too long and the shock rounds can offer some really fun moments you normally would only get in Portal experiences. I didn't mind the ribbon grind because I realized quite early on that playing Recon or Support is the way to go for farming ribbons with their equipment and gadgets. Normally I get between 8 and 12 ribbons a game and round times are under 10 minutes so getting the 120 ribbons took me around 2.5 hours which is fair in my opinion and pretty similar to other mid season events.

I'm a fan of the mode. There's room in battlefield for something like this, but it definitely needs to be more polished than the current iteration

Not my cup of tea this mode, but I enjoyed a few rounds of it. If the next battlefield game is more tactical, slowpaced (i.e movement, no bunnyjump, jackrabbit devices like Sundance and McKay possess) I can totally see a game mode like this becoming popular in the future.
