@@bobbyjones2112 the way Honda dealers mark them up, it’s closer than you may think. 2025 Civic Si starts $29,950 with a $3-4K mark up in some cases, you’re right there. Plus the Mazda is leaps and bounds better inside. Interior quality, sound system, standard features, memory seat for driver, no nasty hard touch plastics in places you interact with the most, AWD, the list goes on.

@@HKN_RealReviews Yes. At the service they tell you to install a new one and it is paid. but this is a chronic problem. This is unfair. I love my car very much but this problem is huge :(

@@cigdemebruozkan6869 I understand. If there’s no permanent fix for it, I’m not really sure what to suggest. If you keep replacing it and it keeps happening, I feel like Mazda would take some sort of responsibility for it. Seems like they do just not in Turkey which is unfortunate.

@@innovationcafe7478 torque steer is when a vehicle is front wheel drive and the open differential sends more power to one wheel than the other causing the steering wheel to go in that direction unintentionally. That’s why cars like the Civic Si and Integra manual, have a limited slip differential which allows the car to appropriate equal amounts of power to both wheels so you don’t experience torque steer. The Mazda 3Speed is notorious for horrendous torque steer. You can probably find some good videos of the Mazda 3Speed displaying really bad torque steer.

@@innovationcafe7478 I’d be remiss to not tell you to cross shop the CX-90 Mazda as well. Similar price point and MUCH nicer to drive and live with. Similar maintenance and warranty as well and it’s a beautiful vehicle.

The interior materials and quality are most definitely better than the Integra.

Car manufacturers are just assh*les honestly. But there’s usually a small percentage of us who want all the features that would make a car fully loaded and three pedals. Most people associate the idea of having to shift your own gears as non-luxurious but I’m with you. I want it all plus the ability to shift my own gears. We all just need to pool our money together and make our own car company. 😂

@@joedoe7839 this was a year ago as well. Pretty sure they have 3 times the inventory now. Most of their cars are under MSRP or right at.

@@user-xl6zl6hp7j Mazda actually has a pretty good resale and residual values. The initial drop can be seen as pretty steep but over time they hold value very well. In fact the CX-30 which is Mazdas entry level sub compact SUV won ALG Residual Value Award in 2022 and continues to be the best at holding value in the sub compact suv class. The CX-70 & CX-90 are both too new to really judge but over a 5 year period on average a Mazda vehicle will retain about 70% of its original value. Especially models like the MX-5, CX-5, Mazda 6, and I would even venture to say the newest CX-70 & CX-90 will perform very well in value retention.

@@jamesdarrigo8277 Thanks for watching man! The Integra was always great to me. I did recently trade it in so that I can start my rental fleet on Turo. I ended up grabbing a Model 3 specifically to rent it out on Turo. I did add the PRL High Volume Intake and did a resonator delete. You should buy mine. It’s still for sale at Safford Brown Toyota. Don’t let them rip you off though. They have it advertised for $30K+ with 26K miles but they only gave me $26,000 for it. I would offer then $27,500 max. They didn’t have to do any work to it for it to pass inspection so the extra is just greed.

@@HKN_RealReviews im guessing they didnt try either. my brother has a 2017 tlx base with the 2.4 and dct and that car rips. the dct is geared pretty well with that engine and im sure they couldve made it work with the 3.5 if they wanted to

@@edan7813 especially considering the fact that it is a DCT with a torque converter. It was a lazy move at best.

@@JolobRobot That’s a tough one man. The Prius is a more interesting car to look at. That could be a good or bad thing depending on who you ask. I think it looks pretty nice. The Prius can also be had with all wheel drive so if that’s important to you, you know which one to choose. I think the new Civic Hybrid is very nice and it does offer just a bit more power. The Prius can also be had as a plug in. If you like the idea of using zero gas and plan on using the vehicle as an EV most of the time, then the point also goes to the Prius. In my opinion the interior of the Prius is nicer too with things like an available panoramic roof, power lift gate, heated and cooled seats and a much bigger and clearer infotainment screen. Again, tough choice as both are great. But I never thought I’d say this, I’d probably go for the Prius. 😬

@@JolobRobot well, the Prius has been in production for over 2 decades so they’ve had plenty of practice and seem to have a great formula. We service old Prius’ with 350,000+ miles all the time and for simple maintenance. The Civic had a Hybrid before but Honda was never consistent with their Hybrid production until recently with the current and previous generation Accord. With that said, they can both probably run very comfortably past 200K miles but the Prius just has a longer running and more proven track record.

@@marshaltopola5104 yup! 2.4 turbo with an electric motor between the engine and 8 speed auto. Makes 326 horsepower and 465 lb/ft of torque.
