I think the flicker is from pulse width modulation power from the body control module. If you get a program like alfaobd you can change the headlight setting to Led

You should use clean new oil on the new oil filter gasket before you install it not old dirty oil

I have a 92 f150 5.0 and i got the rear cat removed and straight piped it, and I think it sounds alot better. it adds a deeper rumble and its not obnoxiously loud. i really recommend it for yours.

I'm getting my brakes done because i can't do it myself and they're quoting me at 850 for the fronts because they "need to tear apart my hubs and bearings to change the rotor" and that sounds wrong. Am i being scammed? 2000 Ford Ranger XL 4x4 (automatic hubs on a selector) V6 3.0L Not manual hubs, i am really getting a bad feeling about it.

to bad there isnt a way to wire a switch for just the visor lights. When I worked on the Family farm... at night you would leave the visor lights on the pickup... so you always knew where the pickup was while working on the large farm fields. loosing your pickup was possible at night. Its dark out in the country.

Tried this on 2001 Crown Victoria owners manual and programmed 4. If it going into programming mode, it should work for any of the different procedures OWNERS: To reprogram the transmitters yourself, place the key in the ignition and turn from 2 (LOCK) to 3 (OFF) and cycle between 3 (OFF) and 4 (ON) four times in rapid succession within 3 seconds. After doors lock/unlock, press any control on all transmitters (up to four). When completed, turn the ignition to 3 (OFF). All transmitters must be programmed at the same time.

It cancels out the originals, so have to do all your key fobs, you can hit any button, but do it fast.

I know it’s just a beater truck but laying a bit of plastic down would be a good idea for shavings. No one likes a knarly rusty sliver of steel splinter
