      I’m still actively working towards my bachelors! I finish in spring 2025. I started off as an office assistant so with my previous work experience, they took a chance on me! Worked my way up from there :)

    How is the flexibility with having a CZcams channel while in this role? I was recently asked to apply to be a bank branch manager and I am really struggling with the idea of letting my channel fade into the shadows or change my name so that the company doesn’t find out. 😅 love this content though!       Hi, Thank you so much 🤭💛 I honestly just got lucky with having cool bosses, I’m not actively talking about my CZcams with coworkers or anything. Unless it comes up in conversation! I also happen to work a very non-traditional 9-5. Personally though, I would keep posting your content, no matter what! I know a job is important but don’t let this fade away especially if it’s something you love doing!

      Hi! Honestly i was just scrolling through indeed one day and i had seen an opening for an office assistant position and applied! Over time, i sort of started transitioning into doing more personal assistant tasks. This was after maybe a year of working there, i built trust with my boss, while making sure that i was on top of every task that i was asked to do. So naturally, i leaned into more of an executive assistant role. I help submit applications, sales support for agents/merchants (i work in merchant services) but then also help my boss with personal things like moving, going to the post office, etc!

    Hey Alessandra. I hope all is well. I just have one question. For the office manager position, do you need a degree or did they look at the experience you had from the spa receptionist position? Im looking to transition int o the administrative field, so your videos help alot. 😊

      Hi! I am still working on my bachelor’s degree so they really only had my past jobs, like the spa receptionist experience to look at. When working in admin they usually just want to see that you have good organizational & multi-tasking skills! It depends also on the industry and the person interviewing. I work in merchant services now, which is an industry ive never worked in before & thankfully my boss took a chance on me and it worked out!

      I surprisingly found ALL my jobs on indeed 🤣 you just have to constantly keep checking it to see when new job postings come in. I feel like indeed and linkedin are the best spots to look for jobs!

      Girl you watched one video & think you know what i do or don’t do, when that’s literally MY job title. I work remotely 90% of the time, for a company that’s not a traditional office/corporate job where i can’t exactly disclose the information i work with as its private lmao
