Good evening sir, I have adopted a girl child through CARA in March 24. She just turned 7 year old in May 24. Her birth certificate and Adoption court order is provided to me by the agency. Her First name is same, I only want to add my last name. Her birth certificate is issued on proper name as I provided affidavit for name change at the time of adoption. Also her dob in aadhaar only have random year, no date or month is mentioned. I want to apdate her name and dob in aadhaar but twice it got rejected, please guide on what other documents are required for name and dob update on aadhaar card.
