@@ZionLuvid well that’s also dumb of rias to use a Japanese person someone who could worship the Shinto pantheon as a testing pig to see if the fallen are trustworthy, If the Shinto pantheon were truly active then she would have caused problems between the two factions. Isn’t it also the responsibility of the territory owner to take care of their people but using them as testing pigs is a really dumb way to have that revoked.
