When I applied for M.A - English I found the storage space for uploading my photo is 250 KBs in JPG format is not possible and later I found it difficult to upload my related documents for example my 12th Class examination which is in book form(1969) and my B.L.Sc certificates .literally I found it very very difficult to upload them and finally I took the help of E-seva. I hope TCS has developed that software and for uploading 2 Mb PDF format should be allocated in the design of the application.I am a pensioner aged 73 years from a reputed organisation with reasonably good experience with computers could not upload the documents.My advice to the concerned to take care of the small matters, P Narayana Murty, Retd Technical Officer, DRDL,Kanchanbagh,Hyderabad.
