Let me be the first to say Reed has a lot of the childhood passions we grew up with in meteorology and our first hailstorm or maybe tornado. I’m blessed to have pursued that growing up and working at my local news station as a meteorologist but on the side I definitely do some storm chasing with NOAA’s Skywarn program. Appreciate you Reed for everything you do. Never stop chasing

When you watch this it's sad to think that as hard as my dad worked to start up this group and go out and locate local musicians that Rachel Kapelski would kick him out three weeks after this was taped. Now whenever they have an article written about them in the newspaper they say that Gail Key founded it and that's not true. The truth is Gail Key only started the Chamber Orchestra and when she disbanded that group my dad went out and organized the Wichita Falls Community Orchestra on his own. Key had nothing to do with it. Rachel didn't even join until he had everything organized. You can tell when you watch this just how much he cared for the musicians and how dedicated he was.

While Reed Timmer may not be the best Storm Chaser, there's no dispute that he's a media marketing whiz who knows how to promote storm chasing to a mass-audience via social media and various television networks, but he's not "the best storm chaser" by any stretch. As far as Reed Timmer being gay, and a proud member of the LGBT community, in no way does his same-sex orientation detract from his ability to profitably market his ideas and turn them into lucrative cash-cow enterprises. Many call Reed Timmer the (sic: gay) poster boy for professional storm chasing. Sexual orientation aside, he'll let nothing stand in the way of building his multimillion dollar media empire, a legacy that will likely prove difficult, if not impossible to beat, once he retires from professional storm chasing.

My mother was just questioned over that. I believe I was around 5. I use to play with Michael and Dianne I think that was their names. My mother was good friends with her. I remember my mother crying over her death and believing a man named Eddie killed her. She said they never found reason that he did it or found who did. Very tragic and I hope and pray justice is served.
