She does not want worms, parasites, or flies on her farm and the Tow and Collect helps to minimize these negative things on the horses. Diana says "I want my horses eating clean grass, rolling in clean grass. The T...

Tim Hopkins was one of the first farmers to purchase and use the Tow and Fert Multi 1200 3-point linkage machine on his machine. Shortly after purchase, he added a second Multi 1200 tank onto the front of his tractor to give him and his team a 2400L capacity. With over 8500 cows and 4500 hectares over a number of farms, Tim needed something robust that would stand up to the punishing rigors of ...

@@metalform-nzl nsw tabulam Ive look at this subject now I thought it would be a cheaper way to go but they are not cheap The grass here is growing insanely can not keep hiring a slasher WHAT TO DO CHEERS
I bought the Hort1000 3 weeks ago. It will cut all day long if the grass isn't too long. I have 5 acres to mow and it will eat that for breakfast.
Take my money
I just bought the Hort 1000 and love it! What a beast of a mower.
Thanks
Great for composting!
It sure is!
Great video - I was baffled for 25 mins yesterday of how to get the cap off!!
1:31
I heard Portland could use a few of these
How many acres can this handle
Geese always come back! This does not keep them away. They are still dumping in the lake which can cause all kinds of disease and problems, like eColi.
Can it spread uan?
Yes absolutely.
Never thought I would see the day when someone would invent a shit pick her upper
Any arable work done with this?
"Promo SM"
How does it do in picking up goat manure?
These machines are the way of the future. A very smart machine.👍
No surprises that we agree with you Daryl!!
What about leaves?
You have a tab on your web page on clay targets collection but it would be nice to have a video of your machine cleaning a trap and or skeet field. Clubs would be able to see its full potential.
2:09❤❤❤🎉
I live in an apartment in a crowded city and have no use for this. But I clicked on this and watched it for no other reason than to make you pay CZcams.
Is this available in the US?
This is what I would like to know also
Does the Mini 700 or the 1220 work as well as the 1500 Pro with motor? I saw on website the motor is only added to 1500 Pro to turn the brushes because of the size of it it can’t self drive brushes.
Will this collect dog poop?
Yes it will.
That literally explains nothing
Do you have a distributor in the states?
We sell direct from our base in Atlanta, GA. www.towandcollect.com/us
How well do these machines do on picking up cut yard grass? Looking for something better than the "Harry Homeowner" lawn sweeper.
This this still available? For some reason I can’t logon to tow and farm
Is this easy to dump?
Hi Cheryl. Please go to approx 1:27 in the video to see. All machines are assisted with a gas strut to help lift the weight when emptying.
What does this unit sell for? Is the lime spreading set up able to spread other fertilisers?
Hi Manvir. Where are you based, please email sales@towandfarm.co.nz to get country relevant pricing. This machine can spread multiple fertilisers, soil conditioners, seeds, and anything else that will suspend/dissolve in water - so not just lime!
towandfarm how much lime per hectare pls ? And could you share the results of ph change possibly ?
@@nickthesavage depends on what you want to achieve. But generally with fine particle you can use 10-20% of what you normally would of Ag Lime. This is due to surface area.
towandfarm I assume Rex’s farm would naturally sit at 5 being red soil - I am just up the rd - and ideally would be closer to 6.3 for macadamias- tks
Better solution, Ventrac
LOL at 5 times the price!
yeah and scissors would work also
Do you supply or can import the same to India And whom can we contact for the same
Gosh! This touch the ridiculous! Three engines just to clip the grass... Still missing seeding and fertilizing. Yeah, makes a lot of sense! Toys for rich boys playing "farm".
This is wonderful.
I have this model and it is by far the best and most versatile mower I have ever purchased. I use it regularly on paddocks and lawns. Absolutely great machine and a fantastic purchase from 12 years ago.
Will this pick up horse manure that is still wet. Or does it ha e to be dried out ?
Hi Jimmy. Because it uses a rotating brush mechanism, it is much more effective when it is dry. Basically, it cant be sloppy as the brushes would tend to 'smear' rather than collect.
@@metalform-nzl So it wouldn't be of much good here in WA State would it then? Since it is usually so rainy here. Or, would it be Seasonal only? 🤔
Depends upon whether you want to handle slime or nuggets...your choice.
Hi ya, how is it with cans and general rubbish of that nature?
Hi DJ. The 1500 Pro does an ok job of picking up general debris after fairs / shows etc. The main criteria is that its not on a concrete smooth surface. It is much more efficient if its on pasture, as the debris is sitting slightly off the surface of the ground.
Considering the fact that I would now be paying three times as much in fuel cost I fail to see how that would be cheaper than buying a new belt around every 3-4 years + the fact that bearings are cheap as the bearing assembly does not need changing just the bearings.
Andrew, thanks for your comment. The small Briggs engines only burn about 1 litre (1 quart) per hour, so on the 2 engine units, it is only 2 litres (2 quarts) per hour. When comparing this to a larger 17-20 HP engine, which is needed for the equivalent function due to loss of power thru belts and clutches, it burns up to a gallon per hour (3.8 litres). We used to make single engine units for many many years, and this was one of the reasons we changed the design, not to mention the reduced maintenance required from having less moving parts. Regards, Tim.
Will it pick up dog poop?
Hi Mikel. Yes the Tow and Collect will pick up dog poop successfully and very effectively.
Is this the old Airlite pasture cleaner?
Hi Ben. No, this is not related to the Airlite product - we developed this from scratch.
will this machine pick up branches and twigs ?
Hi Valerie. It will pick up small twigs. It uses a rotating brush shaft to pick things up, so if the twigs/branches are too big, then it will get caught in the rotating mechanism.
I don't understand what he's saying oh my
How much?
My apologies, Ft. Myers Florida.
+Muldaak Please email me at sales@towandfarm.com with your Post Code and i will send a exact quote.
It doesn't solve the problem of them pooping in the lake - and I still wouldn't want to sit in the grass because of residual bacteria
Hello, the option to sell the machine to the Czech Republic? If yes, what is the price? please reply to the e-mail hyskas@seznam.cz.Thank you, Sonia H.
Yes, we can sell to Czech Republic. We have a distributor based in the UK which i have passed on your email address.
towandfarm I'm sorry, I do not know of any e-mail from you - maybe it got to spam .. please send it to me again - thank you very much .. Sonia H.

where can this be bought in the United States?

Does this work on dirt??
Hi. If the dirt surface is hard packed then absolutely. If the dirt is soft and loose then it will pick a lot up and create dust. Thanks.
towandfarm awesome thank you!
