How long will it take for the shirt to dry normally, assuming the shirt has a lot of pre treat?

constant issues with this machine. its been an absolute nightmare

Question: Why are we seeing many of the latest DTF machines having the film go directly into the dryer, instead of going through the guide table, which makes cutting the film easier? Is the guide table beneficial, or is it being removed due to better technology?

I feel like im using this incorrectly or something. I am not getting the results everybody raves about. No matter how thick of a layer i apply or how many times i flash, there is 0 tackiness and my shirts lift right off

We use newsman's and retighten as needed.

My epson colors come out much less vibrant despite everything I've tried. How do you achieve the colir vibrancy? - do you use certain software or settings? Garment Creator is so limiting imo.

The percentage of tension that is lost in both static and retention frames, is dependent on the stretch characteristics of the mesh low elongation bs high elongation, based on the process it took to weave the thread And mesh installing- The goal is to create balanced threads and a balanced mesh opening. Statistic frames tension stabilization will increase if these variables are met. Retention-able screens will only give you a workout if these variables are not addressed - 99% of roller frames that go through retention, now absolutely have imbalanced threads and imbalanced opening, even if it has low elongation mesh and was originally installed on the roller by a professional that know how to correctly balance the mesh when it’s stretched. Also 99% of roller owners will select the wrong mesh and proceed to install it inefficiently.
