I've been to Pebble Island and there was not a military base on Pebble Island when I was there, just a couple of penguins, some sheep and an Islander hoping for some gifts. What possesses someone to do this?

The Uniform Act 1894 s1 makes the wearing of military uniform by ANYONE not CURRENTLY serving in the UK armed forces a criminal offence. With exception to plays, theatrical for film/tv/stage production or battlefield re-enactments groups on and at gatherings. Wearing military uniform as he does in this video is unlawful EVEN IF he was GENUINELY a veteran. The wearing of medals, berets, ties, belts, badges/pins, blazers etc is not prohibited, and why on remembrance day parades you see berets, ties, blazers and medals etc but only erving military personnel in uniform. In-line with the UK's laws in the Uniform Act 1894.
