I've never seen Mahjong cards before. They are quite beautiful! Do they fully explain how to play in the booklet? I've never heard of it being used for divination, but I'm not all that familiar with it.

I'll have several reviews, once again, because it's too late at night for me to watch the whole video in one go. Oh, I always love a good haul--especially indies. I find myself impartial to indie decks. There's just more...freedom and individuality to them? I can't word it in a way that makes sense. They don't have to "fit" a company's vision? I just bought my final deck for 2024 off Tim and Allen's Tarot Marketplace for a great price! I'm sorry you have to have more surgery. And ugh, don't get me started on our medical insurance and bills. Ridiculous. For the Magical Creatures Tarot, I love the idea of 78 cards plus 22 bonus cards for a tarot deck! That's a lot of cards for any type of deck! The bag is absolutely adorable. I love the linen cardstock. The whole deck is very sweet and gentle. I really loved the Queen of Cups card. I'm iffy on animals as people, the same way you are. The latest deck I got--The Majick Cottage by Jacqui Lovesey--has a few animals dressed as people, but it's very whimsical and not at all sexualized. Their bodies are not meant to look human. It works for the Magical Creatures Tarot as well. I'm not getting the "ick" factor at all.

I recently bought this deck. I almost didn’t buy it because of the strength card. I dislike the image it reminds me of a joker or clown. I’m tryin to see it from the artist view. I chose to keep the deck. However it’s growing on me the more I use the deck. Ty for the review

Hi..I have neither deck. I prefer the new voice tarot deck over his other deck. The new voice tarot is just so expressive the artwork speaks to me. Such detailed artwork the 5 of pentacles , 3 of swords , the strength card , and that moon card all the cards were stunning. I have so many tarot decks. I can not splurge on another one at the moment. Ty for the review. Those oracle decks you brought out were pretty amazing too. ✌️

Oooh! I've been waiting in great anticipation for Phases and Forests walkthrough! I won't be getting it this year--I've limited myself to so many decks due mainly to funds, but also just to slow me down on purchasing.

The webinar sounds interesting! Looking forward to hearing more. Yay! Indie decks! I love me some good indie decks! I agree with you liking the mini/travel sized oracles. I've gotten more and more into them. Also prefer linen over gloss. Love love love the Wild Chorus Oracle. While it has its own vibe, it reminds me of the Kindred Fauna Oracle. They're animal decks...but they're not "animal decks" in the strictest sense, to me. The images were beautiful and I loved the unusual and poignant phrases on the cards.

Love the gilding and the phrases/titles of the Wisdom of the Wild Things. I REALLY love the reading for it as well. Very different! Finally something that doesn't feel contrived. I'll admit I never bothered looking at this deck, the image on the box having not attracted me. So I never had watched a walkthrough. Adding it to my list!

While the Medieval Cat Tarot isn't really for me, I REALLY appreciated how it handled the pips. Very clever, and simple, yet effective!

The art from the wild and sacred feminine was originally used in the mother’s wisdom oracle deck. It went out of print. ❤

I'll have to do the rest of the video later because I got the alert from the video too late in the evening to do the whole thing now. Love the illustrations of the Sefirot! They would definitely go well with Star Seeker! I was really disappointed it's a pip. It was lovely to see the progression, as you showed it laying out the minors, but I just don't feel anything intuitive or any connection to pip cards. I am in love with the art though. Beautifully done.

Omg someone literally just sent me the mystical healing reading cards too!! It’s just arrived on my doorstep yesterday. 💖 I’ve wanted this deck for so many years. I was so excited and i haven’t opened it yet but it looks amazing and I love the way the book reads from what you read so now I’m even more excited! Uh oh I think our collections are starting to sync up 😂.

Aaaaahhhh the you got the Medieval Cats! That was one of my very first cat decks. Isn’t it fantastic! Wait till you get them lined up on the table. They look sooo immersive. I’m so excited to see it, I never see it so I got excited 😆. Let me get back to watching.

Hey meredith. So im watching this video of yours on magicians martyrs and madmen. I love stories i love occult history. But ive had 70 decks come in last 2 months. Wouldnyounrecommend this deck? I feel as though im buying it for the book

I would like to buy my first deck and after looking at different type of decks I realized I love the Toth the best, it seems to most "natural" to me and it's beautiful too. However, I am not sure which one to buy of the toth decks, there are way too many and I know almost nothing about card quality. Can you please help me which one to buy as a first deck? I don't care about size, I would prefer larger maybe :) Thank you for the video, it's great knowledge! I love the deck on the right side with black background. Very different but also very beautiful.

I’ve been really good with my deck purchasing lately (I only ordered 27 decks this month instead of 83, I’m just kidding lol) but I have slowed down a lot and as a little splurge I’m thinking about this one in particular. Just was wondering your current thoughts on this tarot and if you’d recommend. It’s either this or the red threads tarot (yeah, pretty different lol.) I have the 1983 AC thoth tarot deck. Someone told me it's super rare, and I love it but would love to learn more... I know you're not suppose to mess with them unless you know what you're doing, only because you could open doors not needed to be open?

Split the deck and shuffle them sideways. It's a lot easier with larger cards. Thanks for the review.

I love the white, but I noticed it was much harder to see some of the details in the cards on the white because the images had to be darkened. So, if and when I get them, I'll probably go with the black.
