I did it at my 8th or 9th consecutive try with 3 shotgun bullets, 10 handgun bullets and 3 hits with the crossbow

I made ten tries of that shit, and I'm quitting this game. The camera is awful, and each fucking time I'm killed during second phase because the boss makes three "thunder leaps" in a row and it absolutely impossible to anticipate anything. You're supposed to have some fun playing a game, and I had absolutely none whatsoever. Kudos to the fucking genius of a game designer who thought it would be SO MUCH FUN to run for five minutes and kill 10 monsters EACH FUCKING TIME you want to make the fight again. Well, fuck that game. Can't believe I wasted money for that.

Using Havels set with a +3 Gravelord it was a breeze, use the pillars to your advantage at the first stage as it can sometimes block Ornsteins attacks just focus on Smough to the best of your ability.

It's so annoying because whenever I am about to kill Dragon killer Smough he just jumps on me and my armor is too heavy for me to get away in time so I die and I cant take it off because the armor is to with stand them I when I try to take it off After I kill one of them there isn't enough time so I would say that these two bosses are the two that have made me the angriest I have ever been in my entire life
