I bought one a week ago. I took her to the ranges with six different types of ammo/makers (400 rounds) and different grain bullet weight, and the Archon shot as fast, flat and accurate as you can ever get out of the box. I have owned a plethora of guns over the years and carried many as a lawman and SWAT TEAM leader. I also participated in four SWAT Olympics, so I understand the coemption aspect. I don't think you need a bunch of work done to most pistols as back in the 1990's my department made us carry a "New York Trigger" in our Glocks. Was about 12 lbs. i can tell you when the shit hits the fan you will not notice. I think we get finicky with all the add ons which, turn a really good gun into something we really don't need as much as want. I have been in actual shootings and the trigger pull was not noted before, during or after. I do have two beefs, one, the take down pin gets a mite warm when firing 100 rounds fast fire and lastly, the mag release did kinda suck. Not a mood killer and I took her home and lubed the dog crap out of it and worked her a bit and now, back on track as a carry pistol. Shoots and fells better than any Glock i ever owned and I have owned a peck of them in every caliber and configuration and attended the Glock armorer's course four times over the years as well as Colt and Sig courses. I fired at a 2 inch target at 15 yards. I thought I was missing the target a time or two and turns out I was putting rounds into the same holes!!! I am impressed with the Archon.

I put a 1-6 LPVO on mine and have yet to unlock its power, got a bunch of 77g OTM ammo too. I bought a 10X fixed power scope and I think that's going to be used on this gun for shooting out to 550 yards. Can't wait.

I’ve seen several reviews of people saying the mag release was insanely stiff on these. Curious of your thoughts on this as it seems your reloads seem to be pretty on point.

Good shooting - I did use the previous model, the Arsenal Stryk B, in an IPSC match a couple of years ago. It ran fine without a hickup. Luckily I was able to use my Beretta APX Ghost hybrid holster for the Stryk B! Despite being manufactured in Germany and Hungary at the time spare mags were hard to come by, even more so any spare parts. And if you use a gun in dynamic competition sports you will eventually run into the need for new springs - recoil trigger hammer sear striker spring, something might even break, and without such a support level any good-gun-design will unfortunately fail. Walther for example is selling boatloads of PDPs here but spare parts are really hard to come by. This support level is also a main reason for the success of CZ here (in Europe) because you get mags and any spare part almost overnight. Next comes Glock. Beretta offers good parts support through its Estore. Nowadays Arsenal of Italy, a subsidiary of Tanfoglio, makes the Strike One and Ergal versions. At least in Italy spare parts, mags. etc. are available. So this particular gun's lock-up design for barrel and slide and its flat shooting characteristics will stay available some time longer.

Stage 6 last target at 800 yards. That is partly luck based. A gust wind and it's over.

I got the same gun now, this bullpop have no business being this accurate, DMR ready right out of the box. I haven't feed mine match ammo yet but I will soon, currently just have a 1-6 LPVO on top but I ordered a 10x fixed mag scope just for it to go distance. My local range have a 1 MOA target at 550 yards with challenging wind conditions and I want this gun to be able to hit it.

*Here is a lot of advice to build your channel quickly.* Play the YT game. Shorts. They suck, everyone hates them, but YT yanks the e-peen to it, because of TikThots and wanting to be their competition. You need to make like... 2 shorts out of every 'longform' video you make. Or like this video, a short of each stage, the highlights. Each video needs keywords and tags in the description. You description should be a paragraph, like 4-5 sentences. Keyword rich. Then end it with #Springfield #Hellion #bullpup etc. Are you auto-distributing your videos to other platforms? Most of the other vid sites allow you to auto-publish to them, when you post new vids to YT. You should set that up, it'll bring you traffic here, from there.

Nice job! Where is this at? Ive been trying a few optics to see what i like best. What optic is that? Elcan? For reloads, i kinda do it AK style now, I learned to grab my next mag, holt the rifle out a foot out in front of my body, stick my thumb out, use that to pop the empty mag out and stuff the new one in. Karate chop the bolt catch. Not quite as fast as AR15. Longer trigger pull too. I ride the reset. But this gun really does well at those distances! Thanks for uploading!

If you had to chose you'd keep the 16" or get the 20" ?

I can not freaking wait for this gun to arrive next Monday, waited a month and half from DACK outdoors. Went and bought 120 rounds of different brand of 223 match target ammo to test this out against my RDB and DMR AR15. And from your footage it's almost like the gun shoot better at long range than short range.

Man I wish I was still in the area to do all these comps with my RDB! Nice run overall i see where you felt sloppy but that's alright! Also i have been thinking about giving the Primary Arms GLx 1-10 ffp mil reticle a try i really like the updated 1x compared to the PLxC.

What ammo do you use? I’m wanting to try NLR22 and I already own a Tippman and kinda want another one. I was curious if these are accurate enough and it appears it is.

Hey man I have a Hellion aswell, people talk shit on these guns but Ive never had a more accurate rifle that has such capability. Did you personally design the Guard stop? If so is there any chance you can tell me where to go to print it myself? My knuckles would appreciate it😅😅
