135 degrees internal. I got the sear on the outside I was looking for and set it to the side off of direct heat to get the proper internal temperature I was looking for.

I think they're saying ruined because when you let it catch fire like that usually its got that nasty burned oil taste.
Thanks for the clarification. I personally did not taste the burned oil taste and I’m my biggest critic.
@@KillinTimeOutdoorz because there is a slight char from hot coals that adds flavor, then there is held over a flame that just deposits soot and carcinogens onto the food, ruining it. The video shows the latter, not the former.
@@Luketheterrible I gotcha. It tasted delicious and if it wasn’t I would say it sucked but it did not.

Draw looks good, release is a little too deep into your hand and a little too punchy on the thumb button. Overall not bad

Draw looks good. Anchor looks good. If you want to squeeze more accuracy out of your release, try and touch your thumb to your pointer finger with the barrel of the button buried in your first thumb joint. From there, squeeze your shoulder blades together like a back tension release. It helps people not punch the trigger and focus on floating your pin on the target
Thank you that’s Great advice! It could be this thumb button but I can’t get comfortable doing that. At least touching my thumb to my index finger.

Pretty solid. Watched it about a dozen times to find an error.. looks like a smooth draw, smooth release with pressure (only you can tell us this part).. if i had to be critical, try to avoid the forward lean and separate push / pull with your arms. I know you are using your back, but focus on your body staying a little more still and a simultaneous push / pull. The less movement in the woods, the better. At least i think anyway
I appreciate it. I agree 100 percent with you! It’s easy to get busted when you move just a little bit and a deer catches you.
And by all means, like someone else said, if you are comfortable and it works for you, dont change a thing!!

@anthonykontos7931 thanks man. I was going to do that combination as well but decided to try this first being that I had already had overhaul down. My next plot will have the hot chic and comeback kid. And when that gets established I’ll throw in some motherload! Domain is a great company!

At my local farm store 3 lbs of Hot Chic $37.50 that’s unbelievable. I can buy white clover for 5 dollars a pound.
That price is a bit steep. Try domains website or even Amazon. It’s cheaper for 3 lbs. not much but it is cheaper. 3 different types of high quality seed. 2 types of over and 1 chicory. But I do understand where you are coming from
