Can we enhance post-stroke rehabilitation for patients? Our scientists are exploring the possibilities.
Stroke is one of the leading causes of long-term disability in Canada, making rehabilitation and recovery critical for patients and their quality of life.
Jodi Edwards, PhD and Lisa Sheehy, PhD hope to change the future of stroke rehabilitation. They shared what an ongoing clinical trial using repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation could mean for patient outcomes.

Great video, very informative!
What is your German Language level? Great video!!
I'm so happy to see Dr. Rice speaking on behalf of our team. She is a wonderful chief of palliative care and one our favorite doctors. The MDs on PCU are incredible and make me so proud to work there. The nurses, managers and other team members are truly exceptional, also. It's a family for us ❤ Josiane (ward clerk on PCU)
Wonderful video and proud of the great work you all do!
Yes
Good to meet the team. Thank you.
Brandon was a lovely patient, and his family as well. I’m so glad to see that he is thriving 😊
Thank you for sharing your story. You're a beacon of hope for so many people. Wishing you all the best!
C’est dommage qu’au Québec on ai pas encore accès à notre dossier médical sur iPhone. On est rendu en 2023 quand même…
As a patient currently in a Bruyere facility, i can attest they make great effort in ensuring meals are appealing and tasty. Every meal has great and offers good variety.
I'm so glad I'm studying to become a SLP 😊
Where can I find a copy?
Hello Mireille - thank you for reaching out. If you would like to purchase a copy of Bytown 1847 - Élisabeth Bruyère & the Irish Famine refugees, please reach out to Michael McBane at michael@mcbane.ca.
Awesome i think my dad Raymond LeCavalier was in that same room and also a military merit award . Omg incredible happy coincidence. Incredible hospital our family happily contribute annually now as a foundation charity. Very emotional 😭 but thanks for sharing.
You guys are great.
Health and quality of life if not affected by poverty because of Canadas non indexed Canadas poor funding of seniors pensions in Canada !
Eres el mejor en todo lo que haces, estoy muy orgullosa de ti 😍
Staff shortages are preventing patients from getting recommended treatment care which is causing the deterioration of the quality of life for patients which is tragic.
Wonderful video.

Hope they look at NT5C1a antibodies and inflammatory muscle biopsy changes as well as response to mestinon. Net needs to be wider than just this minute but see if there's correlation to these factors that develop over time
ME/CFS ?
ugliest colours beige for kitchen, could have been white or something else, so depressing

Is not virtual reality, it is serious gaming. I don't tell my mum I am doing virtual reality training everyday when I play my PS4
mixed reality maybe? body controlling the app
I was branch President for 4 years and did many similar donations over the course of my tenure only to be locked out by an out of control President but mainly by an over zealous first Vice President. It doesn’t matter all I did or even that I am a veteran. I’ve been tossed to the road with no support from upper echelons. I will never support any Legions in my future.
My name Caroline Bruyere from Mtl
Beautiful leight chapple RIP I missed her
What a wonderful story of determination, and full kudos to the Respiratory Therapists and PT’s at the Bruyere
Inspiring.
