You are going to love it. 1. If you are going to stay at hostels, you are going to meet a lot of people (just to chit chat not to hang out with). If you want to hangout with people then book your hostel on hostelworld and they add you to that city’s group and you can actually find people through it to hangout with (not 100% guaranteed) 2. Have a lot of coffee and banh mi (i loved the condensed milk coffee) 3. Take a raincoat/umbrella as it is the rainy season. 4. If you have a forex card, you won’t need much cash. 5. You can take a bus from hanoi airport to the city (45,000 vnd cash rakhna uske liye). Take USD from india kyuki VND ka rate itna bura milta hai. I exchanged 2200 in india but i got actual value of only 1600 rs. (Forex card pe 3% extra lagega but wo 3% cost mera 150rs k upar nhi gaya). You need cash for tickets, street food, shopping. Baaki sab kuch online ya fir through card pay kar sakte ho. 6. Aur kuch b specific doubts ho toh you can always ping on IG (link in description) 😊

Challenging nhi hoga. But I would suggest go to Vietnam for your first solo trip. That would be more fun. In my opinion, Bali mein solo ka maza nhi ayega toh first solo trip toh mein suggest nhi karungi. Maybe at other island like lombok would be good.

Bali ka abhi on-season hai. And air tickets are either expensive or have a lot of flight duration time with layovers. Cost for 7 days - stay - on average 700 including breakfast food - 150-200 per meal scooty - 400+petrol visa - 2500 tickets and activities - depends on what you want to do travel to other island - approx 1000-1500 one way vietnam bhi jaha sakte if you are okay with monsoon season. Flights are cheap (if you want extra luggage toh vietjet ki site se ticket book karana I think it will be cheaper. Agar extra luggage nhi chahiye toh I think skyscanner will have better deals). Cost for 7 days - stay - 500 including breakfast food - 100-150 per meal scooty - 400-500 +petrol (I took grab bikes and I think agar aap city centre mein reh rahe ho toh scooty ki zaroorat ni hai) visa - 2150 tickets and activities - depends on what you want to do travel to other city - depends on where you want to go

Bus+ferry connections are good. Just pura din waste hojata hai uss way se commute karne mein. And about the ferry, its a big one so I dont think ki as such koi issue hoga, plus wo log khud precautions lete honge. I think with wild sea aapko phi phi island tour pe issue ho sakta hai if your planning to go, as mere time pe sea got wild and the ride got too bumpy. (I went in june end) Again if you want to take precautions, just check the weather in advance and plan the itinerary in a way that you are flexible like agar udhar baarish hai 2 din toh pehle ye wali jagah chale jaate hai types. But agar dono jagah baarish hai toh then decide to do something else.

Vietnam is beautiful and coffee and banh mi is amazing. Bali, lombok, gili t. Thailand island side is beautiful but abhi its raining Sri Lanka Malaysia mein you can explore the borneo islands. Oman Japan (budget ka nhi pata yaha pe abhi) PHILIPPINES for sure. Cambodia island sides are great, what I have heard. Taiwan

You wear your swimwear inside. You can wear your clothes over it or anything to cover if you are not comfortable. And when snorkelling time comes, you can just take the clothes off on the boat and jump into the water. (Don’t forget the life jacket if you don’t know swimming 😅)

yes, you need to have an IDP if the police asks for it. you can get the scooty by depositing your passport or 3000 baht. (the scooty provider does not care about the license). So, your choice whether to rent the scooty or not.

No issues. No country tells you atleast itna din rehna padhega. They only tell you ki maximum itna din reh sakte ho. So i don’t know why you are worried. They will give you the visa if you are tickets to get out of the country is already booked. Just fill the MDAC form for Malaysia’s visa (to be filled 1-2 days prior to your departure). About Bali, just start your days early to get the most out of the place, but if you are going for relaxing and partying then you can start at your own pace. Do take a day trip to Nusa Penida, it’s beautiful and a little dangerous with the waves.

hey why next year? It is VISA FREE this year, make use of it. I booked the hotel and paid wherever it said to pay. wherever it said pay at hotel, your booking is confirmed - I did that. I required the bookings to apply for the E-visa. I think you will need a forex a card, or switch off international payments and try paying, if it works then that's good. (otherwise you will atleast have a chance to decide whether to pay using normal card or forex.) For my recent trips, I booked through agoda and booking dot com and I think forex card should be used.
