Binance's CEO opens up about future developments in an exclusive interview
It's a nice video but the "do you want food for your money" is an invitation to offer. The offer is made when the buyer gives the money.
It depends upon how facts are presented, it's an unconditional offer. It's specific as to your money. It's not to the world but to the person in front. If it was a shop and he was selling food. It would be an invitation to come and make an offer. In this scenario, an offer would be made when he offers to pay x money for food.
Thank you so much. I wish I've watched it earlier when I started as a court interpreter years ago.
Lesson learnt, don’t sell snakes

@jacktripper8726 Hey! Why is that? I'm interested in knowing more.
@laduena.official When you sign an application for a loan they securitize it and sell it on the market for money. They make money off of your signature.
Me, too! Please elaborate
This my friend, is the most simplest and comprehensive Trust explanation I’ve ever came across! 👍🏾
is there any difference between intentional vs unintentional? for example, some dude jumping out of vehicle without putting his car in park because he's road raging at the guy behind him, and his vehicle idles into someone's house or car. (believe or not, i've seen clips of people doing this and their car rolling away) is there any difference in tort laws when it comes to intention? the man didn't intend to cause damage to vehicle in front of him or the home his vehicle idle into but are they treated the same as if it were intentional? or does that make it vandalism when intent is proved? another example is someone not paying attention to their driving and runs over someone's mailbox. does his unintentional action that caused damaged to someone's property change whether this is tort or vandalism?
The first example would still be pursuable under tort, as it is negligence. A reasonable driver is expected to put the car on park whenever they exit it. They also have a duty to be a sensible and courteous driver. So in this example the driver is subject tort law. The second example is much like the first. I wouldn't take what I said as 100percent, but a good guideline if anything
@@ceazy633 thanks 👍

This is stupid. What's preventing another person from selling snakes?
A representative agent may be appointed as well, making a fourth party to the trust.
The representative agent would be a second trustee.
Really helpful video refresh my memory on Tort Law. I really enjoy this chapter of Business Law but always found the "train" of liabilities/damages so hard to explain on paper lol. I'd prefer to skip to the chase than work it all backwards
I thought Tort law was an accumulation of multiple conviction of crime possibilities to evacuate a family from the premise whereby humiliation, defamation, blackmails, physical harm, group bullies, community slandering, harsh treatment and such would be played with influence among new people who are happen to be in the tort situation. Thus one single police complaint are not sufficient, it is a planned and organized large scale terrorism that looks like small crime causing trouble in the victim who lives in the neighborhood. The victims are usually those who are suppressed by the neighborhood for decades and are inheritor potentials to legacy protectors generations. I hope any soldier rank cyberspecialist take a look on the statistics on about 25 years datings of existentialism of buildings which the torts are happening.
You are a great teacher
What if it's a promise in exchange for a promise? There is no direct exchange of money involved but let's say you are promising to do something and the other party is making a promise to do something as well?
I love watching these videos when I'm starting a new course!!!!
That was clear
