Her voice is as beautiful as it was back in 1955! An amazing, seductive singer!
My favourite lady singer too..from adolescent years till now..in my seventies.
Very few singers can touch the emotions like Ms. James could. She was so great.

I used to sing her songs whenever I could…I have cancer now and they took out my voice box, but not my heart…. This song is absolutely beautiful. I'm 53 yrs. old and I love 50's and 60's music. Singers like: Patti Page, Connie Francis, Joni James, The Platters, The Everly Brothers, The GREAT Nat "King" Cole, Bobby Vinton, Brenda Lee, Gogi Grant, Rosemary Clooney and Petula Clark were GREAT. They were the Best of the very Best!!
Great taste in music . Some trivia . Connie Francis was voted the best female entertainer of the 20 th century , Bing Crosby the best male entertainer .

Thank you so very much for sharing this Joni James concert. It makes my day and Joni's crystalline voice can cure the winter blues like no others. Her live performance of Danny Boy is unmatchable. Her sublime phrasing of the song, "Stardust" takes my breath away.
