OMG this tutorial was FANTASTIC. Just started wearing synthetics while Im growing out my hair. These frizzt tangles have been a bitch to deal with. Not anymore, tho! 😊

Face taping is great, i love doing it…..the only problem is if you do it very often and for long periods of time eventually your face muscles will become lose and your face will start slouching? Becoming more loose overall so I don’t recommend doing it for every time you cosplay. I only do it when I am in cosplay competitions or when I am performing.

Sarah Spaceman did a video where she tested the fabric softener hack and it did not really make much of a difference, so it is probably not necessary.

have a ponytail wig i just got and was trying to detangle and it was going well until i accidentally dropped it and it tangle and would had not untangle so now i have many methods to try detangling it

So, I've never seen or heard of the face taping thing before. I'm so impressed, and it's so cool you can achieve that result, just with a bit of medical tape. BUT my concern is, that doing this for hours on end, possibly for several days during the year, will mess up the elasticity of your skin in those areas.. isn't it gonna cause a lot of wrinkles in your skin as you get older?

I actually have a great idea for keeping the hair less prone to tangle. Use thinning shears at the end of the hair and keep trimming untill the ends are thn. I saw this in another wig user's channel
