Not sure where you bought it, but you might reach out to them and see if they can help you. Without being there with you, it's very difficult to diagnose your problem. String tension is necessary for a guitar to play, so that shouldn't be an issue. If they strings are too large of a gauge for you, put some ernie ball super slinky's on it. They're very light and probably easier to play. Other than that, if you're new to guitar, you just have to play and get your fingers used to it. Wish I could be more help to you! I actually sold this one to a buddy who does a lot of working on these types of scooters. Not sure what he did to it as he lives in another state. Hard to say. I think this was the first time they made this model, and sometimes it takes 3-6 months before they make another batch, sometimes one month, and sometimes it’s a one time thing. This sold so fast that I would imagine they will make them again. It you follow them on instagram and join that facebook group, you’ll know at least a week in advance that there’s a drop coming, and they’ll show you what will be in the drop. But they always add more than what they show. They don’t tell you exactly when it’ll happen, so once you know it’s coming, it’s time to start refreshing over and over till it happens 😂 They have a drop happening before the end of this month, but I didn’t see this one in what they showed. Thank you 🙏🏻 Pneumatic tires, but I think they may have a liner? Not hydraulic, and it’s standard resistance from what I can tell. I don’t ride in water on any PEV, but most aren’t anything above IPX5. So, light splashes, that type of thing. I’ve only seen a couple with removable batteries, and have yet to test one. I’m interested to see on those, how good the connection is and what that connector is. I’ve got one on an ESK8, and it’s great. But has to have a robust and easy connection. Thanks for watching! 😃👍🏻

It’s not the best at wind noise blockage, but with the wind screen on it’s competent enough. For what it is, and the cost, it’s pretty effective. If it’s crucial paid work you’re doing and there’s going to be a lot of wind, it may not be the best for that. Your mileage may vary as they say. Thanks for watching! 😃👍🏻

This one is no longer available, and they did put out a newer version of it, but I’m not sure that’s available now either. I do have the review for that here on my channel, so if you can find that it’s actually a really good board. And better than this. However, if you find somebody who has this used and it’s in good shape, it may be a good starter board. I do have other videos here on the channel with other options, I think you should check those out. The Hussar is a fantastic board, and if you can get it on sale, Cost about the same as what you saw in this video.

They’re typically very good at responding, but they don’t work on the weekends. A little patience and persistence will go a long way. It sounds like your brakes are squeaking and that’s actually normal when they’re new. Google “bedding brakes” and you’ll find some good info. Basically “wearing them in”. Hope that helps!
