Written by Danny Augusto Peyronel / Hector Ricardo Soule Cardei ? Danny was a member of Heavy Metal Kids from 1973-1975, 2002-2010 and I think this song was on their first album. :-)

Thank you Brian. I never knew Ray Davies wrote it - had to google it - recorded by The Kinks in 1967.
Claim to fame: In the summer of 1965 I was walking past the Green Man pub on Muswell Hill Bdy when Ray Davis stepped out with a cigarette in his mouth and asked if I had a light? Was very surprised and disappointed that the incident failed to appear in any of his autobiographies! He's probably holding it back for a future song! Cheers!
