Hello sir I have a question about one of your patches from an older video, the one where you tested the Hx stomp to a PA. I would like to know what where you're block settings please
Can you talk more about this tone, as in the signal chain, amp models, cab etc. I don't have an axe I got a line 6, I wanted to see if I could model something similar. Killer playing man.
can you conect the speaker of the amp direct to hx stomp without a preamp?
No, you'll need to use the preamp
i usually used my helix only for the FX, no amp simulator or IR, and it worked just fine with a mesa boogie
if the amp head has fx loop, you can do it. Just run the hx stomp's send to the return of the amp.
@@akkunzero depends on what FX your using the HX for, if you got drive they must be in front of your amp and obviously deactivate the amp and IR from the HX STOMP. I used mine for Delay/Reverb/Chorus in the FX loop of the amp, on its back.

@@pot__roast1976 Unfortunately, I already have sold my HX STOMP, I remember using a Engle pre amp. With straight signal chain with Drive-> amp -> cabinet -> reverb. Hope It helps a bit! b Keep rockin' !

Great cover man! Can you tell me about your axe fx patch, please?
Of Course! I use↓ 「Eternal Love」for my drive and I set the Drive:3.50, Tone:6.50. 「Cali Leggy」for the main amp with 3.00 gain, 6.10 Treble, 3.40 Mids, 6.50 Bass with Fat switch. Sending that to 「2x12 SV Legend Mix」「4x12 30W (Ultra)」cabinets with no Mic on both of them. than Add some Large Room Reverb and Delay on a separate lines so the sounds does not get mixed!!!! The Amps's EQ will be for My Guitar which is quite trebly so you may need a little changes♪ Hope It Helps! Cheers♪

Lightning Force Thanks! I'm using the Killer guitars (pirates) and fractal audio Axe Fx ii xl Running that with reaper b The settings are all default in the axe fx patch of friedman amp b
