Headquartered in the Jura region of Switzerland, Tornos, a manufacturer of automatic turning machines, is a pioneer of sliding headstock technology. Since 1880, this region has developed as a provider of high-precision automatic turning machines to the world. Tornos primarily manufactures CNC sliding headstock automatic turning machines, cam- or numerically-controlled multi-spindle machines and machining centers for complex workpieces requiring high-precision machining (Almac). Because the high-precision turning sector is subject to stringent standards governing quality, precision and productivity, it is little surprise that these Swiss strengths come from the same part of the world.

How are marks eliminated from chips possibly in the jaws when the jaws loosen and clamp numerous times during machining??

I highly doubt that a medical screw will be made from brass. Why do you not show any other materials being machined in your videos ?
Good evening Kevin, thank you for your comment. Indeed, brass is definitely not the appropriate material for such a part. The reason we used brass is because we can better film it with open door and without cutting oil. We hope it answers your doubt 🧐😎

i have a question? can i use a Meyrat spindle with HSK E-15 spinle?
Dear Ayato, thank you for your interest. We normally integrate high frequency spindle with ER8 collet on a SwissNano. We can study the integration of a bigger spindle but it's not standard. It is maybe also not necessary, the machine has an integrated motor for driven tool that would in our opinion be more than enough for any milling application.

@@tornoschannel I have both the DT series and the GT series, but the price/performance ratio is not so outstanding compared to other brands (with the same functions). Moreover, the DT series often have problems, and the quality of the Xi'an factory is relatively general. If we can improve some craftsmanship and materials, I believe that the sales of Tornas in China will be better.
