Two years back when the students went to purchase new edition of NCERT it was not available everywhere and many students purchased the old edition only and prepared for the exam, all over India. The option of that particular question which was given bonus marks (after consideration with expert committee only) has word to word taken from old NCERT and nowhere it is mentioned that old NCERT book should not be referred for the preparation of examination. In the previous years also bonus marks have been given in NEET UG when the question framed itself was ambiguous. To have natural justice it is better to DROP THE QUESTION and award zero marks for all, then it would be justice for the students who have read from either old or new edition. As this particular exam has got so many controversies please also consider Re Neet

Now that he has joined a political party post his retirement, let the word "Justice" not be prefixed before his name. Well, Mr. Rohit Arya, was he propagating the bjp philosophy from the bench as well !?!?!? His move it wrong & it smacks of opportunism in his approach & attitude. Hence, CONDEMNABLE. Judges should be BARRED from joining Politics in the interest of justice & national interest. And if they are so keen to join politics, then let them not join Judiciary.

there must be a cooling period between retirement and joining any party , job etc and its strict enforcement otherwise its a possibility that judges will rule unconstitutionally to favour a party of which they are going to be a member after retirement...who knows ? there is always possbility like QUID PRO QUO.. like electoral bond.. money in the exchange of govt contracts..

The court should use the same standard of evidence as it used in Babri Masjid verdict - no more, no less. There should be no double standards. Justice chandrachud is a common judge in both cases.
