@@FlarWXreal all I can say is that a lot of the storm chasing vehicles can end up having worse statistics after all the upgrades are put into place, but they’re a quick way to get equipped and going without too much setup required

Great question. That depends on 2 factors. 1, is the storm large enough to produce tornadoes without needing the fuel to intensify via CAPE. 2, Is there enough windshear to cause it to rotate into a supercell. Look for markers in reflectivity and velocity to get a feel of Storm strength and size, then look at windshear to determine if the storm has potential to rotate. If all the stars align you should be in business.

@@burrito9603 Another great question. At the moment all vehicle upgrades are strictly cosmetic. So there isn't a "best" one yet as they haven't introduced practical features in most, if you're gonna do anything with the car. the hail cage or plexiglass is the most practical. As far as probes, the "bucket" probe is the best as it captures the highest windspeeds. However per the Devs themselves, it wasn't an intentional feature so it may get hotfixed out or patched out. So for the moment the best things you can purchase are hail protection / Bucket probe. The strobe lights also work but don't really add anything but flashing lights which is cool for sure. Hope this helps!

Dude you got this, next one for sure! Keep an eye on those reflectivity hooks 🪝 they are a great way to predict where the tornado is if you can’t see it because it’s rain wrapped or otherwise.

It's an in-game tornado with photoshopped effects. If you just put a screenshot as a thumbnail, it looks like basic b***h material to 99% of youtube. Unfortunately, that's just how youtube works these days. The youtuber called IGP and SkillyMcFilly usually put a characer or monster of interest in their thumbnails and modify them to make thumbnails look "more cinematic" for horror games. Half the time, they see their stats perform better after slightly altering the thumbnail a few hours after the upload is live. Hell, even GrayStillPlays - who mostly plays Happy Wheels, GTA 5 stunt boards, and crappy mobile games - makes creative thumbnails like that and sometimes has to change them. Obviously, this doesn't work for all youtubers. If using a channel like Markiplier as an example, all he has to do is put a B grade horror-themed version of his face based on the horror game in the thumbnail and he gets 1M views in three days. Anyway, you should know how channel marketing works by now. It's been this way for 15 years. 🤷‍♂ Edit: Deleted the second "now" that was typed as the last word.

Yep you nailed it! This game's selling point is how real world accurate all these weather systems are. Storm chasing in real life is not easy, so it isn't in this game either! The dev's motto is "If it can happen in real life, it can happen in the game"
