Employees See Only Promises ESOP. Quit after 13 years on good terms. Company gave low pay, and no upward mobility, but justified it with the ESOP. Told everyone that they were going to pay out ESOP fast after end of employment. Now I realize that I will die before they actually payout!

Doesn’t sound like a good opportunity. 6yr experience and was told only 55cpm. Also, no APUs or opti idle. Trucks idle below 45 degrees and above 75 and that’s it. So sleep 60-70 degrees in a baking truck no AC. Mostly night driving for SW regional. Recruiting seemed as if they’re doing me the favor offering me the job and the call came from some logistics company. Doesn’t sound like a very driver-first company. They all say that but never true.

Just a quick comment on the camera. The camera can't go backwards and record. Which mean it IS always recording. It just doesn't keep the recordings. Just the incidents. Just thought I'd share that.

Best demo I’ve seen on moving the fifth. I was able to get it 100% now.
Everytime I apply the service brake for the purpose of putting the truck in drive and sliding the tandem, the locking pins on my tandem pop back out, making it impossible to slide the tandem. (I'm not touching the trailer brakes, so that's not the issue.) This started about three trailers ago, so I'm pretty sure the issue is the truck. Any ideas as to what the problem is?

esop does not take any money from your regular earnings. It's just an extra bonus given to you from the company basically for loyalty. You lose nothing and still have the ability to invest into a 401K if your company offers one. all these people on here bitching about free money when they retire 😂 I'll take it if you don't want it
