بہت خوب جزاک اللہ خیر۔ بالکل روایتی طریقے سے یہ مصالحہ بنایا ہے۔ صرف دو اشیاء مزید شامل کرلیں تو دہی بڑوں کے ذائقہ میں نمایاں فرق محسوس ہوگا۔ کالی مرچیں اور کالا نمک۔ ثابت کالی مرچیں اسی طرح بھون لیں مقدار انکی زیرے کی مقدار سےآدھی ہوگی۔ جبکہ کالا نمک آپکی اس ترکیب میں تقریباً ڈیڑھ کھانے کا چمچ ڈالیں۔
