Question for anyone in the know! Not exhaust related, I don't think. The kinda buzzing noise that can be heard at 0:51 through 0:56. Is this normal? I'm a new 500 owner and just couldn't figure out the buzzing for the life of me.

I installed this on my 2021 Honda rebel and I noticed some weakness on power or less torque when I first started to move the sounds is great.
and it stayed like that?
Does this make the bike wake your neighbor up loud or still appropriate for leaving a neighborhood in the morning?
My wife comes back from work and there are times when I’m distracted I can’t hear her coming in the garage. I can hear her coming in if I’m paying attention to outside noises. It’s not loud in an open space.
Do you find it less torque or less power when you first take off? My husband says he felt like less power compare to the stock one.
I was wondering the same thing, the V&H sounds like it loses a lot of backpressure in order to get that sound. i would be concerned about the size of the original muffler, the thing is huge, but i was not a fan of the sound on the new pipe, is may lose horsepower and torque?

I just installed one for my wife's bike... do you guys get a deceleration pop sound? Its backfiring at the lower deceleration range.
Nice man! We don’t, no deceleration pop sound or backfire or anything. It sounds normal to us. Try uploading a video explaining what you did and what’s happening. You might be able to understand what’s happening better and get help. 👍🏼

Hey! I got the same one! Did you get any exhaust leaks and used gasket maker? Or just human error and I might of done something wrong?
No sir, I didn’t use any gasket maker and no leaks.

V&H seemed to emit lot of smoke. Seems environmentally unfriendly.
For the same reason you can often see your breath on a chilly winter day, you might be able to see white, wispy smoke when you first start your car when it's cold. That's because water from condensation that collects inside the exhaust pipes condenses into visible vapor as the vehicle warms up.

It may sound loud when you hear it for the first time because you’re used to hearing the quiet stock one. You will get used to it after a couple of days. It sounds super nice. My wife rides to work every day and I can’t tell when she’s back. I can’t hear it from inside the house. 👍🏼
