I have purchased same model. 4 TB hdd from WD is not showing up. Shows "not exist" and 0 MB. Changed adapter to 12 V and 5 amp , I changed WD hdd 2 times by replacement from WD. Still same. Connected 500 gb WD hdd and it works. What is the problem, HDD is dead or 4 tb not compatible?

Hi , sorry for late reply. some NVR has its own POE ports at the backside of NVR. This model doesn't have POE ports , so you can buy POE switch to connect the cameras and NVR .
