Looks like a split level to me
A true split-level home would have staggered levels, or stories. Each level is only half a floor above or below an adjacent level. For this particular home only the entrance door is between the top level and the bottom level. If the door was moved to ground level it would basically just be a 2 Story Colonial home.
Nicw work with the camera walk and pan. Narration is excellent! (My first flip home the camera action and narration is butchered lol)
It's a GoPro camera with a Zhiyun Gimbal mount. The GoPro was new to market so the mount doesn't fit 100% but it works for my purposes. I'm currently trying to learn to fly a drone through the house.
Really nice house, but would’ve been nice to see the garage as well
So much paneling!!!!!! LOL Our bi-level was built in the 60s too. We moved in 18 yrs ago; we're only the third owners, but at least the previous owners did do some modernization, except for the main bathroom, which was really stuck in the 60s. LOL I would LOVE to have our house completely updated and install an elevator so I can continue to age in place.
There are nicer brownstones on Chestnut St. Let’s turn Center Square into the New Brooklyn.
