My sims some how made another baby without me present in there house hold and i was only putting new sims in the world. So i have no idea if its a glitch or not but know they have 3 kids. I guess they wanted m re kids lol.

She is a preset sim for eco lifestyle but she is playable. I dont have any mods so im not sure! It was funny though haha
