Absolutely great backpack and great phone holder, but the two combined is not a winning combination, the holder ruins the phone holder and phone holder ruins the pack, since both want to be in front at the same time, so when you sit down you can't sling the backpack to the front, without removing access to the phone. Not to mention the phone holder is usually cutting into your neck worse than just the strap alone.
