Is it a water based stain?
Ale Lec...this stain is not classified as a "water based" stain. It is a 100% UV stable stain that can be mixed in water, denatured alcohol, acetone, or the Endurable Sealers and Coatings. Water based stains are typically acrylic products and produce a film between the concrete and a protective sealer. Our product does not have an bond breaking properties, which allows the Endurable Concrete Sealer to color the concrete as well as protect the concrete. I have a 550 sq ft stamped concrete patio.How much sq ft coverage for 1 gal stripper? How much for two color stain and amount of sealer needed?
Debbie...thank you for your interest in our line of products. As for the product coverages, the power stripper can go between 150-200 sq/ft per gallon usually. The Endurable Stain and Endurable Concrete Sealer can cover around 400-600 sq/ft per coat as well. Questions. How long will this product last on a driveway? How often should it be resealed?
Erik...when properly installed the useful life before a clean and reseal would be needed can be anywhere from 3-8 years, depending on use. Studded tires, snow melt products, aggressive cleaning all can help to wear down the product. Check out the reseal video from a backyard pool deck re posted on the site recently. That project was approx. 5.5 years old and looked great.

Can you explain what your doing? Liquid, pad, machine / rpms???
If you watch the video again we detail which products are used from our line and the order they area in. The burnisher is electric and goes up to 2000 rpm. The pads are Twister pads with different grit levels.

If you are using our sealer over the terrazzo floor then your would be using the similar pads we used. There are many different pads on the market. What buffing pad or pads was used here?
bear b Those are diamond impregnated pads with different grade levels. We have another video on our website that shows burnishing with similar pads over sealer.
