In the movie, i think grindelwald more powerfull than voldemort.

Grindelwald is definitely a better villain than Voldemort, by Harry Potter’s time the wizard leaders became to comfortable and complacent. Grindelwald powerful and highly intelligent he was more effective getting the wizard people to join him than Voldemort’s old fear tactics

This part of the movie is great, but unfortunately the editing was done badly. Whoever edited the original film like that should be ashamed. Especially the scenes with Nicolas Flamel were clumsily chopped up or even removed.
