like what? brackets like wrecks are usefull cause they could decloak me, brackets with text labels in space awesome anyways, and all the windows i have open actually provide some useful things to me, having drugs handy with my cargo open, seeing local movement, probe window to see new sigs/hunt ratters or fleet to lock broadcastet targets, if i had to remove something it would be 1. the overview cause i lock targets with the brackets in space anyways and 2. chat

@@soldierforrester2401 well, not going to tell you how to organize your UI, but i see some windows that only provide on-demand information (like chat, cargo hold, passive modules) and don't really need to be blocking the screen and some stuff that could be easily merged (like dscan & pscan). if you like it that way, alright, i'm not going to argue. i just think it doesn't really add anything useful, it rather clutters the screen and needlessly diverts attention.

@@TheJollyKraut Chat = Linking systems/sharing info in fleet, local chat = see spikes/local count, cargo hold = easy drug access for spicy situations, passive modules = repairing mods damaged by heat. When you are hunting around, having dscan/pscan separately opened is key or you will end up with nothing. Also being able to know when you have a blob landing in your face is invaluable, so you can react. I know this won't make sense if you aren't into small-gang, and only press F1 in a big fleet to click pap requirements - but they're all needed.

the small gang scene in the game is really small, if you are active in AT or just the playstyle for a while you'll get to know the players

The hold-Q is a great alternative as long as you are flying on the horizontal plane, it can result in less camera movement and a better field overview, however thats also it's weakness, once other players realize you are only flying horizontal it's extremely easy to outpilot you by staying below. I think it's perfect for slower ships like roaming with 3 Navy Brutix where positioning and sitting in the right spot is alot more important then piloting on the field. For faster ships with good tracking like frigs-Cruisers doubleclicking is definitly superior.

I am doubleclicking, but I move the camera immideatly afterwards to the next direction I want to go, since the movement only gets applied every other servertick there is always a bit of a delay for my ship to actually go into the direction.

@@soldierforrester2401 Thanks, mate. I guess it just looks odd for some reason. For that 10ish seconds (and other times in the video) it seems like you fly to vectors you couldn't of clicked from the view; so I guessed you were making small adjustments on the arrows or something. Anyway, awesome as always, thanks!
