The full bloom of Kyoto's sakura in 2024 spanned from April 2 to April 7. The video captured the scene on April 2, although catching the full bloom can be challenging. Originally, flowering was forecasted for March 19, suggesting full bloom around March 24-25. For current sakura status, you can check the website below: weathernews.jp/sakura/ The safest window to view sakura in Kyoto is from late March to early April. However, there's no guarantee, as bloom timing can vary each year.

This highlights the BIGGEST problem that us Catalans have. We have one of the most vibrant cuisines in the World. For years and years the best restaurants in the World has been Catalan (el Bullí, Celler de Can Roca,...). We have one, if not the most, influential culinary family in the World (the Roca family. Just look at their investments in the best restaurants in the World). And when you come to eat to Catalonia we don't serve Catalan food... Houston (or in this case Barcelona) we have a problem!
