Very cool volcano epx (very easy to get parts) i loved this model :)
If the chassis is bent that badly it can put pressure on the center drive shaft and cause it to bind up. I would disconnect the Center Drive Shaft then see if the front wheels Spin freely and then check the rear wheel. If it still has drag on it it might be in the front or rear diffs. Good luck!
i had no idea u commented on this but anyway i ended up replacing/upgrading the motor and esc now the chassis is more bent and still got to 30mph after i found out its top speed the front arm support broke in half 1 inch broke off the front of the chassis now the bumper is held on by zip ties and the front left wheel suspension assembly is ready to fall off and the center drive shaft snapped or sheered apart the body is also held together by zip ties and i bent 1 of 8 shocks and the center support beam for the chassis is a banana and sheared off one of the body posts the tires are falling off the wheels and after 5 minutes of driving i have to tighten the lug nuts so the wheels dont fall off but still hauls a$$ but hard to control bc its 2wd now
I think Redcat really nailed it with the Everest 10. It's priced well and looks great. It preforms like a champ. Great job comparing the 2 rigs. 👍
Just a side note if you take the foam out the tires on the red car they definitely climb better. Not sure if you did that. Mine climbs walls like it's spiderman

WTF is up with the bell in the back ground. RED CAR for the price wins all day! Especially if you're talking strictly crawling...u can upgrade the crap out of it too. But for all terrain driving, like at the park/creek the Traxxas is more fun to bring. The Everest 10 is to slow, I normally carry it to different spots ect...still fun though and kiddos don't destroy it crashing it at high speeds
yeah. i would much rather buy the everest 10 and a $300 basher then a trx4

Definitely! Adjust the pinion gear and she will be just as quiet.... Might as well throw on a crawlmaser 13t motor while it's open and give it some speed.
@@mikebyrd192 idk man just slapped a 20t in mine and stripped my hubs. If yall put some power in it be prepared to get new hubs and wheels also they are plastic 😭 and i didnt know 🤦♂️

I love my E10! So easy to customize it to you own personal liking. I just did the tire mod also cutting the treads. works so much better specially in the snow. might add some weights to the rims too.

Can't beat it for the price and it's been out for a while now so there's tons of input on mods and tips to improve on it. I bought that E10 for my son for Christmas over some of these other ones which are way more expensive. Realized some are meant for trails like that TRX and some are purely crawling like the E10. I think even lowering the E10's isn't a bad idea if you want to have that "trail" look and feel. Still gets good flex.
Fun test! I am picking up an E10 soon to give it another try. Already love my TRX4.
