The reason why I pick on the roof is I live in New England and have a black roof with a ridge vent My house gets so hot during the summer cause of the roof Granted it’s great in the winter for melting snow There’s no snow in Florida All these contractors must be smoking crack down there

Wow, I understand your total square footage mentioned as “total” to make the home sound grandeos, but to realize the actual 2508 square footage under air makes your video extremely MISLEADING!

who is the builder? can you give the bedroom dimensions? Dont like the carpets and for $400K not liking the plastic shower inserts would prefer tile all the way up the wall.

Love this home! Great area.

The price is pretty good but there is not much to do in that area, only springs. I used to live there and had to move. Grocery shopping and shopping for anything in general, can take hours when you account the to and from as well as the actual shopping time. There is a reason why the price is so good. Please beware!

Yes I agree, the floors are terrible looking 😢 and with that much room, I'm surprised they sacrificed an actual laundry room for a closet.

So this house is actually a 3 bedroom, not a 4 bedroom as it says in the title of the video 😢. It's a cute house but you're right on a few points, especially the laundry room area. I love the size of the property itself. Where is the septic located...the front?? I can picture a killer pool and fencing around it! Thanks Jamie ❤️

The price is awesome, and it's the right size...a steal. I find the main floors hideous. No doubt the reason for the lower price but easily fixed. Great video 🎉
