I think sometimes things can break, especially the more code you have the more likely it just seems to happen. I am not a coder either, so this may be absolutely incorrect xddd

Because porting game to another engine is hard and can bring problems

It is a meme in cs community. "Never delete a useless code because it will break the entire thing"

Anything that affects lighting or rendering has the ability to mess with skins, the anti-lag sdk that was recently introduced can as well. (Pure speculation) render pacing may have caused a race condition that skipped certain rendering passes involved in skin finishes rendering to default or fully opaque black.

I am sure they are actively working on it, but most likely don't share anything regarding it ( so the people cheating don't get a heads up / an advantage ). But maybe I'm just too optimistic at this point , I don't even know 😅😅

One thing I've noticed is that in CS2 due to the rank reset for normal competitive , a lot less people actually use the voice chat ( in comparison to what I was used to in csgo ). This has sort of demotivated me a bit. However recently I've just started to focus on having fun instead of getting sad about that. Not sure if this helps but that's basically what I've been doing, just taking the game less serious and having fun

@@ravncs I appreciate the reply, and exactly I think the overwhelming amount of cheaters took peoples desire to play competitively away, an now even in premier I get a lot of teammates disconnect and not rejoin or just be toxic af, it all just makes me feel Iam wasting my time when I play CS now when instead CSGO was always felt I was working towards something. Appreciate the vids tho.

How do you think would that work tho? People "own" skins already and valve can't really turn those into rentals without losing players

@@ravncs i think you keep what you have and the market will still exist with all current skins but all new cases and old unopened cases will work like rentals eventually. Removing gambling essentially

@@ravncs You're welcome! The purpose of the commercial was to show the stability of those new Mercedes cars with the chickens. If you hold a chicken and move or twist its body then its head will remain still. It's quite fascinating. Another thing is if you draw a line with your finger in front of a chicken then it will freeze/hypnotize the animal.

I have heard that a lot, hopefully we get a fix for that next week / as soon as possible!

Ye this seems quite accurate. I rented the skins from the new case and now really want to get the M4A1-S as I really like it. I also agree that it should only be for the newest case. Once a new one drops the old one looses the rental feature. Maybe that was Valves idea after all

You should be able to just choose from every weapon in deathmatch. Separating by CT and T (also with regards to weapons) is not great. If you want to practice with specific weapons but 1 of the teams is full you have to go to a different dm lobby

My idea would be to either remove the team limits, or find a different solution for players to access the weapons they want to prac with

I am sorry to hear that, I personally did not experience any issues in that regard which is why nothing like that was included in the video..

@@ravncs Oh my bad, didn't mean that it should be in your video. Was just a bit of a rant with some sarcasm. Sadly happend on the Arms Race update as well for a lot of users.

Performance is still pretty bad overall, so hopefully valve can make some improvements to it. I personally can't play in a full death match lobby as my fps drop below 100 pretty often

What a chad developers. They knew the change would most likely get rejected, shipped in anyways, got the feedback, and reverted back with no harm done.
