You already upload a lot of helpful outfit inspo on here and elsewhere, but perhaps one day you can try the 10 x 10 challenge or some variation of it where you mix and match a fixed number of pieces into different outfits? As you emphasized, we must have a healthy MINDSET before pursuing a healthy BODY. We want to be fit for the right reasons. Fitness should empower us and enable us to feel like the best version of ourselves; it should not be a means to an unhealthy, self-devouring end. I think the motto "I want to be strong, not skinny" expresses this healthy and empowering mindset. Just to clarify, are you following a 5-day workout split?
