I am glad that you will follow this routine. I would advise that getting a split isn’t as easy always. There is a consistent stretching routine and a proper training for achieving splits. Our bodies are unique and this is our responsibility to understand its need. Try different and proper stretching routine and see what works for you. Be always consistent, splits really tale times. The hamstring stretch we performed during the warm-up, where we stand with our feet slightly wider than shoulders and then fold forward, is one of the most effective stretches I've experienced for my hamstrings. I exclusively felt the stretch in my hamstrings, with no sensation in my calves or behind the knee, which is truly remarkable! @@Talhasarwar47

In this video I used different stretches to get closer to the floor or get the full front split depending on your level. Always incorporate different types of stretches to get thé maximum benefits from your routine.
I just need to learn to stand on my hands! Now I can stand 10-25 sec. I can constantly kick up, press up like zombie pike press and stalder press so I can get up but not really stay on my hands.
I have been working on my press to handstand as well. I am now seeing improvements.
I am sure you will achieve your handstand. Just remember the process👌

how many days/Months it takes to hanstand perfectly😢.i can pushup with handstand upto 5,6 by the help of wall and can hold upto 1:20 sec plz tell 😊❤.i had started only from 2 month ago😂
Honestly speaking bro it depends how strong you are. If your arms and wrist are strong you can learn to handstand for 10 sec in six months. Again it’s a rough idea. Handstand is not all about strength. It’s about flexibility, strength, endurance, balance and techniques. You have to consider all these factors to become a handbalancer. I hope it answers
