I appreciate that you ask questions and lead the interviewee in the direction they are inspired. Many interviewers constantly interrupt and interject their own beliefs or promote themselves. Listening to Steven gave me hope. Trust the children! sound so powerful. I had lost my faith in humanity. The collective freaks me out a bit. I don't believe in Noah's Ark anymore, like I used to.
