How do u press it?
How do u turn the sound on once it's been turned off?
If the countdown is off: Tap on the watch 4 times until it shows either MUS (music) or VIB (vibration), and then hold the sensor until either one of the options flashes. You can then tap to toggle between music and vibration options. Hold the sensor to confirm it. If the countdown is on: Tap on the watch 5 times until it shows either MUS (music) or VIB (vibration, and then follow the instructions above. Hope that helps.
